An order came through for a set of China for $895.00. I prepped the order, shipped the order, and then scanned the package at UPS.
The order reflected as delivered two days later, WITH A PHOTO FROM UPS. (the box is in the garage with a red sticker on it in the center of the photo)
I get an email saying my account has been suspended and that the seller has generated a ticket (see attachments), STATING THEY RECEIVED THE SET AND THAT A BOWL BROKE AND THAT THEY WANT IT REPLACED. My account remained suspended, investigated as a not delivered item, and my account is now permanently suspended. I appealed the decision and was met unsuccessfully with a highly suspect message from customer service an hour later (when they say the process can take up to two weeks to investigate "thoroughly") stating that they don't want their email to go public, and to please refrain from making it so, but to me, what else is there to lose when my shop has been effectively stolen from me?
I have a 4.5 star rating from over 2 years, have issued multiple refunds and corrected orders however possible to keep my customers as satisfied as I can.
I am a 13 year Naval 100% disabled veteran, and this is literally my job and income that I created for myself, and without giving me any chance whatsoever to prove my innocence, my livelihood has been taken from me.
End all message? DO NOT LIST ON ETSY. No customer service, no real investigations, no integrity on their part.

Why are you appealing your account suspension?: I have not violated Etsys policies or had any account issues

Are there any actions you've taken to address your suspension?: I have no overdue bills and have done nothing but completely honest business. Today I had an order of a Polish Tulip Vase that was broken, and the buyer sent me an image and I immediately handled it by issuing a full refund.
The order in question, #321469****, that my account was suspended over seems to be either a giant escalated mistaken claim, or a scam. The package was received, because the buyer confirmed the item to be received by stating that a single bowl had been broken out of the entire china set that was shipped out and sent on February 26th. I have an image of the receipt from scanning the package, as well as the receipt for the insured package that was sent out.
How will your business practices change if you regain account access?: I have provided excellent customer service and retained my integrity across every transaction. Please review my history and my consistent refunding when there were issues with damaged items.
I have been in business for over 2 years now without any service issues connected to my account.
Describe any extenuating circumstances that may have contributed to your suspension: I never received a message regarding order #321469****, as is evident from a thorough investigation of my account. From my understanding of reading their case, it looks like a single bowl was broken out of the china set they ordered, and I would absolutely do my best to replace the item at no cost to the buyer, but I have no images of which bowl broke, nor any idea if the rest of the package arrived completely intact. My assumption is that it did arrive intact because the only issue brought up was the broken bowl. Please, please, please review the details of this case.
Etsy has been nothing but amazing to me and I have done my best to uphold the best standards of a small business through your platform.

I am 70! I just registered on Etsy 2 months ago and I ordered a present to my granddaughter.
But because I also registered as a cute shop BellaMamaCrafts and listed custom bedding sets that i designed and Etsy banned me from even shopping on Etsy and my order is absolutely neglected! They just sent immediately a robot message after my appeal that i am risky! Am I risky? I am old!
I cannot walk properly OMG what a disheartening attitude! What a shame! They will not even reply anymore they say? The case is closed...
They do not even look at appeal they just reject it! I am not protected as a customer here not respected! I am not able to raise a case and the order I ordered as a birthday present to my granddaughter has not valid tracking! How on earth it is possible to get this?

I was blocked by Etsy when I wait for the service I bought. It gives me 3 reasons but I didn't do anything on Etsy but just was waiting.
I bought a psychic reading. Since it is a distance reading, I am waiting on the message page for reading but suddenly Etsy blocks me.
Please unblock me, or i don't dare to buy anything on Etsy.
I have bought similar services and they work fine but it makes angry now. I consider not to use any Etsy service from now on.
Preferred solution: It is not the seller's fault but Etsy problem. I waste more than an hour to complain. Although you have some place to complain, it might make the reading not correct, isn't it? The longer I handle, the more angry I am.

ETSY SELLS MISOGYNY
Just doing a GOOGLE search, an UNRELATED ETSY seller & his product pops up on my computer. It's a hate-filled, anti-woman product.
I go to ETSY website and using the "c" word, find not just 1 or 2, but numerous ETSY sellers making a damn $ off of all kinds of two-bit cheap crap using the "c" word; anything from candles to t-shirts, mugs, candles, gag-gifts like all of this promotion of misogyny is just a joke, funny, means nothing. In the US, we are living in a country that has a growing crisis of misogyny as one whole political party's leader(s) openly promote deadly hatred towards women.
If anybody thinks for a second that word means nothing, or is a joke, is in denial. No one wants their mother, sister, wife--any women in their life they care about to be insulted and offended which is does. It's no different than using the "N" word against black people or pro-Hitler verbage against Jewish people.
It's all about promoting & targeting hate and resentment towards a specific group of vulnerable persons AND advertising, selling products to spread the accepted hate.
The word is used by men who hate & resent women, meant to demean and disparage them--put them down. It's a coarse, vile word & ETSY OWNERS not only allow it to be marketed, normalized and promoted on their website but also they make profit off of hate towards women and using their website makes me vomit.
Preferred solution: ETSY OWNERS need to inform all sellers involved that this language isn't acceptable & to remove all "C" word printed products off ETSY website.

I used sweep coins I won on WowVegas to purchase GC's to Etsy and you apparently are the vendor that processes those redemptions and turn them into GC's. I never had any luck with these GC's from the day I received them, some were activated, some were not.
Once that was resolved I went to Etsy, I've been dealing with one seller, no others and it's been a waste of my time. I put in an order on June 3rd, the order was canceled and a refund issued on July 11th. I purchased the same item again on July 20th, it to was canceled on July 21st and refunded. I was told they were out of materials to make the canvas and order again in 4 - 6 weeks, I waited till September 21st, again the order was canceled and refunded the same day.
They come up with a different excuse why they cancel my order each time and I'm done with them. I contacted the seller and said why don't you notify me when you can actually create the panels, provide me with the discounts I was to receive and I will pay for them again, they did not accept this, they responded with this:

What? Wishing me and my family all the best.
Clearly they have no intention of every creating my panels. I complained with Etsy they said they could not help because the seller issued the refund. Apparently it doesn't matter that a seller lists items for sale, you as the customer pay for it, and days later your order will be canceled, multiple times, yet that is acceptable to Etsy. I asked Etsy to cancel my GC's and put the funds from the purchases back into my WowVegas account and they said they couldn't.
They again were of no help and told me to contact who I purchased the GC's from and I did. WowVegas responded with this:

Please cancel the GC's and place the funds back into my WowVegas account, I will not purchase anything off of Etsy ever again.

I just wanted to follow up on a couple of issues that have arisen recently. Firstly, I realized that there was a mix-up with the tracking information for two orders.
I mistakenly entered the tracking numbers under the wrong carrier (UPS instead of USPS) due to a vision issue, but I have since updated the carrier and verified that both packages were delivered. I kindly request that the payment reserve be removed to ensure that I receive the full payment. This situation has been quite frustrating, and I hope we can resolve it amicably.
Additionally, there was a customer who ordered 24 incense and was charged $173, which seems to be an error. Each incense piece is priced at $0.50, with shipping at $6, so the total should have been $18 plus tax.
I believe this discrepancy is within ETSYs system, and I would appreciate it if the customer's money could be refunded.
It's important for me that this issue is rectified to avoid any future occurrences. I would like to discuss this matter further and understand why this happened.
