I try to connect my bank account, Desjardins, to the Etsy shop after I sold a few products, but for almost 4-6 months, Etsy can't or refuses to resolve my problem about linking the Etsy shop money to my bank account. So, I have to change to Tangerine, and AGAIN they said they 'can't read' when it's 100% visible and readable to prove my real bank account, Tangerine, etc.

A lot told me to use a Plaid paid like Tangerine in Canada because, okay, Desjardins might not work, but I'm so tired of talking to an AI on Etsy. I don't know what to do if they still don't want to resolve my problem with the Etsy shop linked to my bank accounts, Desjardins or Tangerine. I follow the process to resolve it, and it still doesn't work...

I will stop selling on Etsy if they keep rejecting me and my issue. I have the feeling of giving free products to people when it costs me $100 per week.

I ordered a tag for my Audi, actually, few weeks back, and they told me that it would have been there by around the April 17. Then I got another message saying that it would come on the eighteenth, between the eighteenth and the twenty first, and no one's been contacting me.

I didn't know because I cannot I can't flag the package because it it was never sent. But then, I guess, one of the representatives, Jason, reached out to me because I left a couple of messages. I couldn't call anyone. And still to still to this day, I don't know where the package is.

I don't know if it was either shipped. I don't know any like, I paid for an item that I don't have. And I'm trying to figure out who's gonna send me my item or who's gonna send me my money back, One or the other. I'm not gonna sit around and wait two, three months for a a tag that costs $12 as as as the principle.

If you got a good company, you got a good company.

No one wants bad reviews for their company. So please, someone send me my pack.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Etsy never helped in any way they literally just copy and pasted the same response in every email the processing just finally went through after 82 hours when they Said 24 to 72 hours.

They could of finalized it at anytime or cancel it. Now I have to wait for the wig to be made and then shipped.

I forgot to add the part about the lying and saying that it's pending to protect me and my identity when as you can see in the screenshots it's because they double charged me. All they need to do is press one little button and finalize it.

I also showed them the screenshots of my bank account, showing they double charged me. Ive sent lots of screenshots and messages but get no response or hung up on.

Cant leave less than a star? Etsy doubled charged my bank so my bank sent me a fraud alert which I took care of and the charge fell off.

I ordered Thursday night its now Saturday evening I've been told that a specialist will email me for over 24 hours and when they finally did it had nothing to do with my actual problem which is they won't give the seller my money. So she won't make my wig and I have cancer am going in for surgery that I might not be coming back from so I'm having a special "event" with my husband and need that wig asap. Everytime I try to do chat they hang up on me! Literally knowing what's going on I've been hung up on dozens of times by etsy agents telling me a specialist will email me which like I said they already did and won't respond.

I talked to my bank today and the money is gone out of my account and etsy is just holding it hostage! I'm I'm shock people can be so cruel and treat someone like this

According to the Etsy shipping policy, sellers are responsible for shipping their sold merchandise. They should purchase the Etsy shipping labels to ship orders via FedEx, USPS, and Canada Post. The purchased labels can be downloaded from the Orders page.

As stated in the Etsy cancellation policy, you should contact the seller to cancel your order. Sellers can cancel their sale provided that the buyer hasn’t made a payment yet, or by mutual agreement with them before dispatch.

If you need to return your merchandise, you should get in touch with the seller to find out the return and exchange policies since they differ. If you have never received your order or the order was not as described, you may file a complaint to Etsy.
