I've not heard anything I am sure this crook split the money with Etsy why else would he still be on their site I am angry this person got away with this but even more angrier at Etsy I feel like they dismissed my complaint I guess it was my money he stole not theirs...

Seller cancelled my order without even asking. She leaves details out of the description in which it says handmade but what she doesnt say is she send the items to a seamstress to be made so she is not making them. Estimated delivery was 2 weeks when first purchasing...

She is giving you a choice here. Thist sentence does not states... I am cancelling your order. Maybe you misinterpreted what she wrote.

I cannot understand you not being happy since she continued to push the date further back. Totally understandable. I live in Texas and every thing really was shut down. I can attest to that.

We were in a lockdown and now , that we are 'open' my city which is a tourist type place has had 300,000 every weekend. My town is a popular tourist area and out population is about 50,000. We have experienced this since it was ok to go places. As far as this person having someone else making her items.

I know of someone who evidently buys things from others and resells them. The person I know and this person is not the same. I know that the main requirement is that all items must be homemade or vintage. This person does fit the homemade portion.

The item does not need to be made by the shop owner. I do not believe that is in the rules. I cannot speak for the person who was selling to you. She does not work for Etsy so, in a sense Etsy cannot be blamed.

If she was employed by them then, yes that would be an Etsy issue. Life was crazy during the pandemic because everything was shut down. Parents in Texas could not go to work because schools and daycares were closed. Lots of parents had tons of issues.

This was a nightly thing on the news.

Hopefully, the people got vaccinated and Delta will not be as bad. Unfortunately, the current news says it is already rising for unvaccinated people.

Etsy account suspended

I didnt use you. I am not paying for what Etsy customer service does for free. Etsy has always been a great help when I have needed them

Ordered product on November 8,2021. Was billed same day. Etsy site shows seller is no longer open. It is now 11/26/21 with no response from Etsy.

Ordering process

I placed two orders that require a personalize photo. The instructions I received from Etsy and on you help center wasnt clear. I was expecting a link sent yo me. I didnt receive it. Apparently, this wasnt a digital order. That wasnt made clear on the difference on your help center. The live chat person wasnt very good either. When I asked on the difference, they ignored my question. The help center doesnt provide clear instructions that the buyer needs to contact the seller directly for the photos. I dont like using Amazon and prefer to order from the seller directly but this experience has made me reconsider Amazon.

Seller Abuse

Because of Etsy I lost my entire business, thousands in dollars and my brand name was ruined. I have found other people with the same problems with their so called "safety and trust" team and I want to find more people who have had similar issues to form a class action lawsuit against them. Suspended account?

Im confused as to how my account got suspended?? Out of nowhere I went to upload a picture to sell some things and it said account was Suspended and to contact esty support and cant find their email nowhere?

My account is suspended without any reason

Hi My account got suspended yesterday without any reason or any warning we didnt have any complaints all our orders got shipped on time all our value costumers are happy with us all our feedbacks are positive. Also our payments are on hold please help us to resolve this problem and reopen our account we have been sending emails and phone calls to Etsy but no answer at all. Thank you

Account suspended reopen request

Can’t order

I was on hold as a customer because I cant place an order. I was told that it has something to do with my Etsy shop. I advised her that I am simply trying to order as a consumer and my shop has nothing to do with that. Well needless to say I didnt get any help and I still can not place an order

Questions about becoming a new owner

I dont really want to complain Im just trying to follow the instructions with changing the email I signed up with: ljrmeredith@***.net, to the business/shop name email: Lj@***.com. It will not let me proceed. When I go to acct settings, and go to change email, the instructions say there will be a code to add, in order to change. Theres no area to type a code, and an error occurred above in a pink area. Help!! Im trying to sell on your great site as soon as possible! Thx LJMeredith EastWestFlorals 301.674.7238

Account Suspension, Request Reopen

I was listing an item to get my shop started but in the middle of it, my account got suspended. I don't know if I took way too long to do it or what but suspension without a reason is unacceptable.

Did not received order

Never received order.. when to incorrect address Initially very difficult to speak with anyone at Etsy . I await final determination although it seems to moving in the right direction
