Resolved: Not emailing me back, double charged me now won't let seller send me my item I paid for
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Etsy never helped in any way they literally just copy and pasted the same response in every email the processing just finally went through after 82 hours when they Said 24 to 72 hours.
They could of finalized it at anytime or cancel it. Now I have to wait for the wig to be made and then shipped.
I forgot to add the part about the lying and saying that it's pending to protect me and my identity when as you can see in the screenshots it's because they double charged me. All they need to do is press one little button and finalize it.
I also showed them the screenshots of my bank account, showing they double charged me. Ive sent lots of screenshots and messages but get no response or hung up on.
I ordered Thursday night its now Saturday evening I've been told that a specialist will email me for over 24 hours and when they finally did it had nothing to do with my actual problem which is they won't give the seller my money. So she won't make my wig and I have cancer am going in for surgery that I might not be coming back from so I'm having a special "event" with my husband and need that wig asap. Everytime I try to do chat they hang up on me! Literally knowing what's going on I've been hung up on dozens of times by etsy agents telling me a specialist will email me which like I said they already did and won't respond.
I talked to my bank today and the money is gone out of my account and etsy is just holding it hostage! I'm I'm shock people can be so cruel and treat someone like this

Be cautious of the pictures they have on Etsy. They won't refund.
Bought a dress with beautiful vibrant colors. The dress arrived dull, dark, and made of horrible material.
They refused to give me a refund. I sent pictures to Etsy, which are saying they can't tell the difference. Frustrating.
Don't ever buy from this company; don't buy. They won't respond to your pleas.

Etsy put deceptive feature on website
Etsy has a new feature on their website. It is a slide button that says it will show the shipping costs on their listed items.
I stupidly believed that and went ahead and just purchased an item directly from the posting page. To my surprise, $30 was added to my total for shipping.
I contacted their customer service through chat and basically got a list of restrictions to that feature. None of those restrictions were listed when I selected shipping to be shown on the listed prices. The agent basically said, Yes, it is confusing, Ill pass on your feedback.
What crap.
Nowadays, everyone is including shipping costs in their listed prices to be more transparent, but Ive never seen restrictions not listed.
Its bad business and it shows a lack of integrity. Im not surprised, but I am pissed.

5 times I attempted to purchase an item choosing PayPal as payment method. I was sent to the PayPal site to authorize amount and ship address which is SOP, but after PayPal returned me to ETSY to complete the transaction, 5 times ETSY reported that they could not process the PayPal payment.
As I result, I never submitted the order but each time this happened, my credit card linked to my PayPal account WAS STILL CHARGED!
Charging a buyer's CC without an actual order is FRAUD.
ETSY did this 5 times. I tried contacting ETSY by phone but it's impossible to reach them.

Easy takes your money but offer no support when their help methods fail. I have ordered several patterns but received no email with downloads and no Support by ESTY.
In fact there is no way to talk to anyone at Esty . I called a phone number claiming to be Esty who wanted $5 to assist me so farcical out of $47, $28, $13 on things I have not received and no where to turn for help.
The site chat referred me to the same process that was useless. I am at wits end.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. well after promises from the market seller that never flourished I contacted Etsy to start a case.
After doing so it involved explaining my reason and taking pictures of the ring not matching the photos displayed when ordering. After they reviewed my case they sent me an email stating full refund issued $88.75 Thank you again pissedconsumer.com for providing the public a place to message an unfortunate online purchase for you and who ever else might read.
Hello, I woke up this morning put the ring on and thought the gemstone is circular which is not common for this gemstone and have decided to keep it. If the seller as stated from them yesterday while messaging with them that they have an offer which I waited for that never surfaced is provided today since I will checking back with them I may accept it.

The issue I have with the ring is it is not what the pictures that they provided at the online store showed. Close but no cigar. I saved their photos that convinced me to purchase the ring and what I received is not how their online photos appear. I contacted the seller as the online store suggested I started endlessly messaging them and got nowhere.
The online store stated I can start a case with them on 5-20-25 The seller is out of the country which makes it even more difficult to reason with them. I was messaging and checking my email for hours and hours. They even tried to railroad the conversation with questions not even related to the issue. Where are the consumer lawyers?
As we all know most local stores do not have the most of the items we desire. Notice how their photos display a much tighter image?

Discuss ordering a decorative window film
I could not communicate by phone the phone was disconnected. I was unable to talk to someone about the size and if they could cut the window film to the size that I wanted before they ship the film out to me.

According to Etsy Help, users need to install the Sell on Etsy app to start trading. It is used for managing orders, analyzing sales, and processing payments. According to the Etsy shipping policy, sellers are responsible for shipping their sold merchandise. They should purchase the Etsy shipping labels to ship orders via FedEx, USPS, and Canada Post. The purchased labels can be downloaded from the Orders page.
