An order

I recently placed an order. I received confirmation on June 2, 2023. I'm trying to track my package. Etsy site is telling me what to do. "Everything I do takes me back to the shopping page". I can't track package, I can't contact seller page says"page looking for not found. And it's not the Seller problem. It's the Etsy site it's not working, I do have the app installed, I do have an account my name is in the corner. If I click on purchases, it says "I haven't purchased anything yet!" My email says "order confirmed on June 2, and order shipped on June 2!" I have no idea where it is or when I'll receive it. One of the emails sent said "estimated delivery June 7-15". I'm leaving town on the 8th. In my neighborhood we have an "endless trail" of homeless people and mail has been stolen several times. My package will not fit in the mailbox so it's going to sit in my driveway who knows how long? What makes me "extremely angry" is we use to be able to pick delivery method ourselves. Now no matter what I ordered and from who I ordered my packages take "LONGER" than they are supposed to, I never know who brings it or "if" it will arrive when promised. When will I receive my package? User's recommendation: Don't use Etsy, it's nothing but problems.

Non existent customer service

Etsy - Non existent customer service
Opened a shop and within 24 hours it was banned for a supposed violation. Refused my appeal without a reason, and I definitely haven't broken any rules. No contact or response to emails, telephone numbers won't work, nor does chat, no reply from twitter either. Don't understand how they can get away with treating people like that when they have done nothing wrong!

User's recommendation: Avoid them, find UK seller platforms to support small businesses.

Store was supposed to be on pause since march due to me being in hospital. It is not. Now I have incomplete orders

See above, I am in the hospital. My store should be closed right now. Until I am better. Not sure why it is not closed since I called in March.
