I PURCHASED TWO NINTENDO LAMPS AND NEVER RECEIVED THEM!!!! THEY WERE BOTH PURCHASED ON 11/25/19 ONE CAME OUT TO $139.63 THE OTHER WAS $141.81. I WOULD APPRECIATE A CALL BACK AT 832-922-1700. OR EMAIL DDESI333@AOL.COM.. IAM A DECORATOR AND THESE WERE FOR OUR MODEL HOMES!!! I DID ORDER TWO ON 12/06/19 AND YOU REFUNDED ME FOR BOTH ON 12/09/19 FOR $141.81 TWICE. I REORDERED THEM BECAUSE IT SHOWED YOU HAD THEM IN STOCK NEVER RECEIVED THEM BUT YOU STILL HAVE OUR MONEY.. PLEASE INFORM ME OF WHAT I NEED TO DO!?!? Desiree Villanueva

File a BBB complaint about Esty. I’ve filed one for credit card fraud and customer service Address it to 30 E 30 Street, NY NY The BBB is very good about responding quickly. They helped me file against both the seller and Esty this has been very helpful in getting my money back

I purchased an outfit for my daughter which is the 101 dolmations so i wanted to make shore she recived my money and she did but i got a lil worry because i wouldnt get my order to the 17-21 and i was Ok with that but the issue is she wants to give me a refund but i don't want a refund i just wanted to make shore she recived my money so i'm just trying to make sense of all this please help me thanks!

This is an issue with your USPS service. They are the ones that handle delivery. And why are you here posting about this instead of going to your LOCAL POST OFFICE and taking care of the matter.
