Damaged product
Not only did I receive an item out of the wrap but it was damaged too!
Unable to contact a live person! I will post on social media that there is no customer service for damaged products!

Money took off account

Have a live customer service representative to contact.
When dealing with a vendor and the order has issues such as in my case the vendor was no longer selling on Etsy and I had no clue as to whether the order was still being delivered or not it would be nice to speak to a representative who could look to see what is happening with the order and resolve the issue quickly.

My account was suspended not at my fault. I was requested to open up a new account with a new email and new passwords.
I did this. Etsy has over $1000 of my money in credit and is holding it and will not return it along with my orders. Now I cannot buy anything on my new account; I'm guessing this has been stopped also. I am trying to get this fixed, but I get the same message over and over again with no way to get help or a callback.
My money has been stolen and orders have been taken by Etsy with no questions asked, just like that, and no way to contact them. This is appalling to think that a big company can just decide to take your money, orders, and messages and not give them back, and then stop you from buying on a different account. This is just as a buyer.
There must be a law for this kind of behavior from a company this big. All I want as a buyer is to be able to buy genuine items and for sellers and Etsy to be honest.

Sent something to an email other than mine AND charged it to my credit card
Personal did not receive email. Tried chatting with your chat service; it was a waste of time (about 30 min) as all they did was ask for more and more info and then sent me a form to fill out so I could pay for a call by giving them my credit card info.
Real friendly way to treat a customer with an issue.
Expected more from Etsy! Do not use Etsy, as they are not friendly.

They purposely put the wrong word on the plate after I gave them the right word and spelled it out for them and they still put the wrong word and I paid good money for them to make a mistake like that I know its past the warranty date but I think you should know the seller you dealing with their not treating the customers right
