The first time when they sent me the code and I entered the race code, it still didn't connect me. The second time I checked while they connected me, and finally I didn't have any help at all. So sad.

You are sending my package to the wrong address
I tracked my package, and you are sending my package to an address where I haven't lived in five years. I gave you the correct address, but it was ignored.

I've sold products on your site for a while. It was a long time ago, but it was on there.
You verified me back then, but now it's a problem.
It is absolutely ridiculous that it takes this long to get this issue resolved. The fact that no one can contact you is a testament to your lack of concern.

Resolved: Lotoking for my order. I needed it by 3-22-26.
I found out that my post office was 100% at fault. They tried to deliver my order, but there was too much snow.
However, they never let us know. We got it about 5 days later. The company did everything right.
I have no problem with them. It was my post office that caused the problem.
I'm not mad. I was trying to find my order.
I needed it by 3-22-26. It should have been here by now.

I need to talk to someone
I was trying to order a potato bin that's all I want and I just wanted to know are they going to send me a potato bin or is this a program that you have to have one built on your own I don't understand cuz I went on there and seen several potato beans and I picked the one that I wanted but the way it seems like I have to pay $8.63 to add one bill so is it already built or are y'all going to send me one

Unjustified account suspension, false refund claims, and withholding of seller funds, resulting in severe financial losses and forced business closure.
This is a public complaint and warning against Etsy due to the abusive, negligent, and harmful way the platform treats its sellers.
My account was arbitrarily suspended, without prior notice, without a clear justification, and without any proof of wrongdoing. At the time of the suspension, all orders had already been shipped to customers, including orders placed months earlier, when my shop was operating normally and in compliance with Etsys rules.
After the suspension, Etsy began claiming that ALL orders were refunded, which is demonstrably false.
I am in direct contact with several customers who purchased from my shop and confirmed that they did NOT receive any refund. This means Etsy is providing misleading and contradictory information to both sellers and the public.
In addition, Etsy is withholding funds that rightfully belong to my business, refusing to release payment for completed sales.
This unjustified retention of funds has caused severe financial damage, pushing my company toward immediate collapse.
As a direct result of Etsys actions:
I was forced to shut down my business
I am unable to pay my employees
I suffered irreversible financial losses
My professional reputation has been seriously harmed
Etsy shows a complete lack of transparency, accountability, and respect for the sellers who sustain the platform. This behavior may constitute wrongful withholding of funds, false information, and a breach of commercial trust.
I warn other sellers: any shop can be suspended at any time, without real explanation, without due process, and without any guarantee of being paid for products already shipped.
I demand:
Immediate payment of all funds owed
A formal, documented explanation for the account suspension
An end to these abusive practices against sellers
- Wrongful withholding of payments owed to a seller
- Arbitrary account suspension
- Misleading refund information

Tariff and import tax I was not aware of
I ordered a Averex leather jacket and it said it was being shipped from New York. It said nothing about import or tariffs and a week or two after I got my jacket. I got a letter from UPS saying I old $17 and some change for a tariffs if I was aware beforehand, it would not bother me, but it said shipping from New York and said nothing about the tax like some of your other stores

Resolved: Limited access due to suspicious activity

- - I was told my email is compromised, which I dispute, and I want a phone call.
My account was limited - no access, as there was apparently suspicious activity. No one is able to tell me anything other than my email is compromised, which it isn't.
I have no access to my account and have constantly been asked to set up a new account with a new email address, which I'm not doing as I don't have another email. I have requested a phone call as the bot is not working to solve the issue.
Preferred solution: I want my account reinstated so I can purchase patterns
