This is what I ordered and I didn't know I had to use PDF for the book, which I don't have on my flip phone. So, I have been trying to contact the seller for a month now and haven't heard anything back for me to get a refund.

I ordered $200 worth of tea, sugar & coffee jars they never were delivered
When contacting the seller, she said they had been dispatched. After I kept hounding her because I never received my order, she stated that the order had been cancelled from my side, but I had never received any money back.
I have been contacting Zesty and that seller, but nothing.
This is outrageous and unacceptable. Moreover, when I was trying to contact Etsy via phone call, there was no number available to call.

I've been dealing with a store owner, Nick BLISSTATIC is the name of his store. He's come out of nowhere.
He makes portals.
He's killed other women around my age 60's and the last woman besides me was a woman who left a suicide note. She told them Nick had been raping us, I was raped by him. I've spoken to the FBI and they've been investigating him. He can do magic, healing, hurting, he can become invisible .
I spoke to you at Etsy. You were going to get back to me and you still haven't bothered to help me. He lives in the Netherlands. He would send me coupons to use his store.
He has been continuing to pop into my house.
He raped me 4 times as of today. I have had to pay thousands of dollars since I came on Etsy and was tormented by him. You need to email me with a phone number that gives me a human. I called the police local department, the FBI, they never bothered to call me back.
I NEED YOUR HELP HE IS STILL COMIING TO MY ROOM THROUGH A PORTAL HES MADE, I NEED YOU TO GO TO HIS HOME AND SEE WHO YOU SEE AT HIS PLACE. HE KILLED THE BOY WHO OWNED THE STORE, NICK BLISSTATIC. Scammers
I ordered a silicone baby doll. Everything that could happen has.
I have still not received my doll due to the shipping company wants me to pay $120. of which they say would be reimbursed for at time of delivery. Most companies charge for insurance in case of damage or loss.
It is not required.
They asked me when I could pay I said I couldnt. Now I havent heard from the shipper or seller.

I would be extremely grateful if someone could share the valid email addresses to Etsy`s customer service or to somewhere from I can demand my funds.
I have tried to contact Etsy in various ways, but so far no success.
They claim that I have violated Etsy's selling rules and closed my account without any clarification. Additionally, Etsy confiscated all the money I had in my Etsy account from my last sale.
I can't get my money. I have been trying to get in touch with customer service for 117 days, but so far I haven`t succeed in that.

User's recommendation: Be careful with Etsy. If you don't have a deep need to sell on Etsy, then don't do that. All your profit may turn very easily into total loss because of Etsy's arrogance. Etsy cannot keep good relations with sellers in this environment and they have no good will to resolve that issue. They will see sellers as Etsy`s competitors and enemy`s but not as real partners. Finally, everyone thinks at their own level of depravity. Unfortunately Etsy lacks basic understanding about who is bringing to them money. Customer service help, assistance and availability is everything but helpful. It can`t be worse on this planet! Believe me - I`ve seen everything in my long life.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Contacted the seller multiple times then contacted PayPal and they contacted the seller and the refund came the next week
I order a watch from Vintage plus watches
And it took about 3-4 weeks to come to my place and when I looked at the watch in its package the winding part was loose in the original packaging.
I took pictures right away and sent them to the seller.
They said they will replace it .
After nothing came in I messaged them again and they said they will handle it .
Then after another month I asked for a refund and they said they would do that then they canceled the order and I never received my refund.

On December 5, 2023, I ordered a dog crate to be built by Country Woodworking and Art through the company's Etsy shop. The delivery time was to be 8-10 weeks.
On January 8, 2024, the company sent me a message that they would be sending me a bottle of cleaner and that the tracking number generated in Etsy was for the cleaner and not the crate. They would give me delivery information on the crate closer to when it was built. I contacted Etsy at the time to create a record with them that the tracking number was not the crate. After 10 weeks (in February 2024), I contacted the company about delivery.
They said it was delayed a few weeks. In March 2024, I contacted them again and they said it would be delivered in early April. In mid-April, I contacted them again and they said it was delayed but would be delivered the next week. The next week, I asked again and was told it would be assembled the next day and picked up for delivery that weekend to be delivered the next week.
On May 4, I asked again and have received no more responses. I had started to notice several Etsy reviews of others not receiving their crates so I filed a claim with PayPal. PayPal customer service told me the seller responded with the January tracking number from the bottle of cleaner and claims it was the dog crate and it was delivered. I have provided PayPal with all of the messages to the contrary and I will also turn to law enforcement as necessary to resolve this issue to receive a refund but want to be sure to warn others about giving money to a company and trusting them to do what they say.
He seemed genuine and nice and I fell for all of the excuses. I only wanted a dog crate for a deserving dog who was abused as a puppy so badly she had broken bones and was dumped in the woods very sick and left for dead when the rescue organization found her and now has severe anxiety issues and needs a safe space, particularly for thunderstorms. A wire crate feels too open for her and she tries to cram herself under my desk so I wanted something better for her. I saved up for this and it was a very large purchase.
Anyone who would rip-off someone trying to help a dog like this, that other people didnt want to adopt because of the anxiety, has shown their true colors. She is a really good dog and just needed someone to be there for her.
It isnt hard to do the right thing. This man needs to keep his word and refund me and any of the other people who paid for crates and never got them.

Just what the title says. It's happened twice to me now that etsys automated refunds system gave a full refund of money back to buyers who HAD received what they had ordered, and the system fraudulently marked these orders as not fulfilled or not delivered - even though this isn't what the customer reported.
In each case they merely reported late delivery or late seller response (late here meaning three days instead of one). In Europe it is normal to wait up to a week for a vendors response and several weeks for delivery. But Etsy punishes us with a 100% loss for failing to live up to what I can only assume are US standards of messaging and parcel delivery. The latter thing is utterly beyond any sellers control!
Etsy won't speak to sellers nor do they give us ant option to appeal.
This is nothing less than theft.
What would you do if you lost one hundred percent of the value of your business each time your messages and post were delayed Etsy?
Exactly.
Fix your broken automated refunds system. It is criminally unjust.

My account is in a mess
I put one listing up on Etsy..then I got a message saying that my listing would not start until I verify my account and my account should have at least 150usd they said I will not be debited and that is just for verification be so I loaded my card today with 150usd and I clicked on the link to verify. And they took 133.00 out and then they told me to load another 150 to get a refund because they made a mistake.as it turns out I have been hacked..
I have spoken to 1 person who says they work with Etsy after speaking with him he transferred me to what he said was the federal trade commission but I think they were also frauds. I would like a refund for my 133.00 as it is the only money I have to spend right now .
