The item that I received was not like the one in the picture

Not resolved my return item. Payed $20 00. For a little pice of [PERSON_NAME]. Dit not Match Etsy picture And instead of resolved my issue.
Almost got robbed $45 with the automatic text answeringthe questions.
Before I finished reading the agreement bottom. After I said that I wanted to resolved my problem .

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Seller refunded the returned item. All of the above.

The return tracking number is 953461****876135****85. The item was Delivered to the seller:[GEOGRAPHIC_DATA], [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] 18936 on May 19, 2026 at 7:27 am I have messaged the seller several times with no success.
The seller received the returned item but is not responding to me about refunding my payment. The shoes were too small, so I had to return them, and the seller is not cooperative. I don't have the shoes anymore; therefore, I am unable to take a photo, which I guess is a requirement for verification of the return.

This is a clear scam.
I cannot escalate the case through the system. Please immediately refund my $159 or take action against the seller.It says I can escalate this case and say from June 17th, but still highlighted that option, another scam for Etsy company!

Still not answreing me and trasnfering the money i get on etsy after selling

A lot told me to use a Plaid paid like Tangerine in *** because, okay, *** might not work, but I'm so tired of talking to an AI on Etsy. I don't know what to do if they still don't want to resolve my problem with the Etsy shop linked to my bank accounts, *** or Tangerine. I follow the process to resolve it, and it still doesn't work...
I will stop selling on Etsy if they keep rejecting me and my issue. I have the feeling of giving free products to people when it costs me $100 per week.

- - I ordered a tag for my Audi and didn't receive it.
- - I was told it would arrive by Apr 17, then Apr 18-21, but it never shipped.

I ordered a tag for my Audi, actually, few weeks back, and they told me that it would have been there by around the April 17. Then I got another message saying that it would come on the eighteenth, between the eighteenth and the twenty first, and no one's been contacting me.
I didn't know because I cannot I can't flag the package because it it was never sent. But then, I guess, one of the representatives, ***, reached out to me because I left a couple of messages. I couldn't call anyone. And still to still to this day, I don't know where the package is.
I don't know if it was either shipped. I don't know any like, I paid for an item that I don't have. And I'm trying to figure out who's gonna send me my item or who's gonna send me my money back, One or the other. I'm not gonna sit around and wait two, three months for a a tag that costs $12 as as as the principle.
If you got a good company, you got a good company.
No one wants bad reviews for their company. So please, someone send me my pack.

Currently, creators residing in Iraq are unable to open new Etsy storefronts. Iraq is home to a growing community of talented artists, craftspeople, and independent designers who specialize in unique handmade goods, cultural art, and digital products. Expanding access to your platform would allow local creators to connect with a global buyer base, build sustainable creative businesses, and contribute to the vibrant international marketplace that Etsy represents.
We understand that opening seller onboarding in new regions requires regulatory and payment infrastructure setup. Given that Etsy has successfully expanded Etsy Payments to additional global markets through payment integrations like Payoneer, we respectfully request that Iraq be considered for future rollout phases.

Never received my order
I purchased a white 5xl short sleeve lambskin leather shirt, back in October, 2025, and I never received my order nor have I received a refund or store credit. So I'm asking what can I do, at this point. I want a refund or my leather shirt or a store credit so I can re-order the shirt.

I called. No one answered.
I stayed on for about a minute and then hung up. Not understanding why it has to be over 100 symbols or characters, that request makes no sense at all. Have I met the minimum requirement of 100 symbols now? Apparently not because I still get the message of 100 syllables.
It says 231 of 100 minimum characters. Almost there. I don't know about your math, but 231 is greater than 100, so what does this message mean?
You guys really have to get it together because this is not making any sense at all. And of course, I can talk as long as you want to fill up this stupid request of yours for 100 symbols when I'm well over 100 syllables.

Yeah. I call these people for my money, buy them seeds they send me when I order trees, and they send me seed.

I’m still waiting for someone to resolve my issue
My advice is never order any merchandise. I didn’t receive any merchandise but Etsy deducted $45.00 from my account. Complaints doesn’t solve anything.
01/28/26 $48.00 was deducted from my account. I never received any merchandise, it has been 11 business days and I want a refund
