I ordered an item on Etsy at the beginning of March and paid shipping as well. It was supposed to be delivered before April 5th.

But so far I haven't received the order. I sent the message but no reply from the seller. I would like the seller to refund the money as soon as possible.

Paid for shipping $7:99. Thank you!

I made an order through the Etsy application, but I think I wasn't registered and my email was wrong. Now, I'm not sure what happened.

When I opened the application again and confirmed my account address and email, it showed that no order was made under this account.

In this case, what should I do? I have already paid for the order.

I have two issues:

1. I can't get support from Etsy.

I only have the option to email them and I haven't gotten a response from either of the two emails that I've sent.

When I went online for contact information, the Customer Support phone number is no longer in service, and when I contacted Etsy through the chat I found online, I was sent to a page that expects me to pay $30 monthly to get support.

That is outrageous! I am the customer!

2. My order that I received last week is the incorrect item and I want it replaced or refunded. The seller is arguing with me and because I can't get any support, I can't reply to the seller which is ridiculous!

The reason I can't reply is because my email address for my account shows an Etsy.com address and I can't change it.

I have no idea why my email address is set up like this as I don't work for Etsy and did not set my account up with the email address that it shows.

Furthermore, I can't change my email.

I do NOT understand why I can't get any help and am extremely displeased with how I am being treated by Etsy.

A friend of mine brought me razor heads on Etsy that did not fit my shaver when they arrived, although he the Internet for The exact same package that the headset come in when they were previously bought. I use my credit card to pay for them.

I have since contacted them six times and even have the names of the people I spoke to at first told me they would send me a return shipping label by email, within 14 hours. It never arrived. I called them again and I was told that UPS would pick them up the following day which was Friday, April 18. I waited all day no UPS truck ever showed up.

I contacted the woman in Canada who sold the merchandise and she said she was sorry about it and would certainly refund my money once the package arrived.

I have tried everything I can get someone to help me send this package back so that I can have my money refunded. I am really upset over the service I have received here and am questioning whether I will ever do business with itsy again.

A friend bought me the exact shaved heads from the previous package I had and they dont fit my shaver at all. I have gotten in touch with customer service six times and ever have the names of the people I told all this to.

I was promised a return shipping receipt through the email and then when that didnt show up, I was told that UPS would pick up the package last Thursday April 18. No one ever showed up.

And since then, I have not heard a word from Etsy although I spoke with the woman in Canada, who sold me the merchandise and she said she didnt know how to get in touch with them either, and she would certainly take the product back if it didnt work. But nobody has tried to resolve this situation in the slightest and I think this is the last time I will ever do business with Etsy again.

Cannot get any sort of customer service. I contacted the seller within the time frame allowed to cancel.

They shipped and took my money anyway.

And, unfortunately, Etsy has no way of opening my case or being contacted. This is really disappointing!
