Etsy is a haven for counterfeiters of sports cards. Etsy does nothing to stop this practice. Sellers sell as reprints or rp, but are just pirated, counterfeit copies. The Etsy site contains hundreds and hundreds of these for years now. I have seen this practice for over 2 years and it has gotten worse as eBay, Mercari, and other have taken action. Ebay kicks off counterfeit cards on a daily basis - maybe many of them purchased on Etsy. Even if sellers break Etsy house rules, Etsy does not take action. Take one Etsy seller rule : You also agree not to post any content that is false and misleading or uses the Services in a manner that is fraudulent or deceptive. I just purchased items where the seller sold me sports cards containing the wording marked on it The autograph is guaranteed by Panini America, Inc. That is false and misleading. The use of Panini trademarks on the reprint is also a false affiliation/endorsement of Panini America, Inc. Products. These violate Etsy selling rule defined above. But the seller continues this practice. This seller has intentionally infringed upon the Panini trademarks by using the infringing marks on over 484 cards sold on Etsy. Etsy has a very good history of recently sold items, and they contain over 484 counterfeit Panini America Cards. Also Panini American is the owner of the trademarked phrase, Rated Rookie, and that trademark was registered Dec. 4, 2012. These seller has sold many counterfeit cards using the Rated Rookie logo. User's recommendation: Buyer beware of reprint counterfeit. Also report to Etsy. Power in numbers.

I did a claim on a cookie cutter that was unstable as the legs ate too thin and tear off. Etsy has specific categories that does not include an item that is unusable. I picked what I thought was closest and gave a detailed description of my situation. They obviously didn't read it. They said it was as described and closed my file. I did not get a resolution. They said they could read my messages with the company. They didn't bother reading those either. Its clear what my issue was. but again no category for defective merchandise. If its advertised as a cookie cutter, it should cut cookie dough. mine does not. User's recommendation: Don't buy from Cookie Cutter Factory

I WOULD LIKE TO OPEN A CASE: I received my original picture from the seller "Frames and Paintings "DAMAGED" they are located in the UK. I contacted the seller "Susan" and she said she would resend a replacement canvas (December 14th 2022) but to keep the frame that was ok by me. Could you pleae read my notes on file since its quite long and would take a while for me to explain this story. This service is UNACCEPTABLE!! and the seller "Susan" will not take responsibility to provide me with any information. I called Transglobal and Fedex and they said its up to seller to provide me information on my package.
