I was trying to figure out how to handle a customer complaint because he Received his item damaged he purchased it through clarna I myself filed a claim on the broken items because it cost me $80 to ship them to him when he paid only $62.50 for both products and shipping totalI am basically paying this customer for my product and to ship it to him I'm losing money in the deal and I'm trying to figure out the best way to handle it because I cannot afford to refund any more money to this man. I am waiting for an answer from the USPS claims department and I told him that I would refund his money When the claim went through he is unhappy with this and wants it now unfortunately unfortunately I cannot do that so I am doing my best at figuring out how to speed the process up E the process app the customer service rep was very helpful
