Bought Sadler teapot that was advertised as excellent condition. Arrived with major hairline crack.
Seller stated sorry she missed it, must need glasses. She stated she saw a black spot and heavier crazing in the area. Also stated it must have got worse in transport. I paid top dollar for this item and had to go through other seller for her to do anything.
Other seller set up three way chat hoping to help. Michelle Reid was told to do the right thing. She compensated me fifty pounds on a top dollar item. I and other seller have tried to talk to her however she has cut communication.
Other seller advised her she should be giving full compensation for damaged product but declined. I am stuck paying three hundred Canadian dollars for a worthless piece of china. I have spoken to a professional antique dealer who has been in the business for over thirty years. She stated with hairline being a dark colour it happened while ago and seller knew it.
Beware of her sight. Her sight is OldResold and name is Michelle Reid.
